She has served as a librarian at SUNY Institute of Technology prior to working as an Analyst. She has authored and coauthored: project reports; articles on NLP, the Internet and active learning; and an adult education thesaurus. Eileen has also served as editor for the ENY/ACRL Newsletter and as manager for the Film News Index project.

Eileen is interested in indexing and classification, and free-lances, writing back of the book indexes, and editing for PhD students, faculty, and government agencies. She also has a strong interest in early music, and performs on the recorder whenever possible.
